There are a bunch of minigames that can easily be finished in under a minute. The second one you come across inside your grandmother's house (circle picture matching) is probably the easiest to do it on early in the game (although the rope one is easy too if you know the pattern).

If you are struggling to get one completed in under a minute, then just watch the walkthrough video in The Best Granddaughter trophy to find a short one (like the one mentioned above) and watch the solution so you know what you are doing when you start it. Once you finish it in under a minute, the trophy will pop.
