Story related - this will pop towards of mission “the eye”. After progressing in the level to complete all three terminals, you’ll be promoted to travel to another system to defend a ship. You’ll have to destroy six elite units there then this will pop. The battle was pretty easy - have your ultimate ready before coming here and some nanobots for healing.
