When you are targeted by a Sniper Drone, enable the Front Shield Generator (purchase at Coalition Cargo Terminal in the Drake System for 2,650 credits, no upgrades required) which lasts 15 seconds. Then, face the drone head-on. After the 2nd shot, the achievement will unlock.
