Crap! This one has glitched for me! I am on run 13 or so, and have been to Sector 3 around 10 of those times... it hasn't unlocked, and I've got all the other cheevs for Sectors 4, 5 and 6 plus ending a full run and 1000 kills. I hope this will unlock randomly in one of my runs, otherwise I may try a hardcore run.
