We’re do you even see your level? When I play matches it’s says I’m a 25 and 11 in the main Menu but I don’t see any other levels, or do I need to get to 25 with both Human and Demon to equal 50?

Just figured out something that allows this to be AFK'd overnight, or when you're not on your Xbox.
If you're like me and have this as the last achievement you need for your completion, you may be not even halfway there in terms of getting to Level 50. (Level 50 is not the max level, but is when the achievement unlocks as of 11/11/2023).
Using a turbo controller, you can queue for a match as the killer, and hold the
Button down. Spamming allows you to continuously queue for new matches once they've ended. AFK'ing grants anywhere from 2-4k experience in my findings. I left mine AFK for about 3 nights in order to get the last 20 levels.
For additional info, it's a good idea to turn on Cross-Platform if you haven't already, this lets you queue faster. Additionally, you may get other achievements for winning Killer matches if the survivors disconnect or lose to some of the AI opponents on the map.
I know this isn't a strat for everyone, and isn't an in-depth guide on the best EXP strategies, but it is by FAR the easiest method for getting to level 50 while you're sleeping or at work.
