This achievement is for running over a survivor with a possessed car while playing as the demon. This is pretty easy to do, and you almost likely do it by accident as I did.
To do this, you need:
1) infernal energy, which are the red glowing balls of energy around the map. Absorb those to have enough points to spend to possess a car, which is 100 points.
2) find the survivors, and do your best to be sneaky. I waited until survivors were fighting enemies, then I possessed a car and ran it into them. You do this by pressing the
when the button prompt appears.
3) If they damage the car, the possession will be over, so it’s best to do it when they are preoccupied or are not looking.

This trophy is earned as the Kandarian Demon.
With enough infernal energy you are able to possess vehicles by pressing
. This includes vehicles being driven by Survivors. When you do this, simply run into a Survivor with the vehicle you are possessing in order to earn this trophy.
