Evil Genius 2: World Domination

Progress through the game until you can start the "If it ain't broke" side story.
After unlocking make sure to start the story in the Side Stories page of the Objectives panel.
To complete the side story and unlock the achievement:

1. Capture a Technician from the World Stage/Global Operations menu. (Appears as a new scheme available to start)

2. After your minions capture the Technician, they'll bring him to one of your holding cells (which can be built in a Prison) once he is in the cell simply click on him, select Escort Prisoner and then select an Interrogation Chair

3. After the Interrogation is successful you can build a Technician Trainer (To be placed in a Training Room)

4. Now open the Training menu and select to train 1 to complete the achievement or 3 to complete the side story
