Best way to do this is unlock the spin doctor minion on the side story. Once you have finished this side mission you shall unlock new items for your casino, one of these items is a slot machine. Add 10 or more slot machines to the casino and just continue playing the game. The achievement will unlock after some time when your doing other things.
