The easiest way to get this and preferably not to lose your Henchman is following these simple steps:
1. Get your Genius and Henchman in the same room, I used the Sanctum. It's empty usually. You can move your characters by selecting the "Character Selection" button at the bottom left side and choosing the location you want to move them. Wait until they get there.
2. Save your game into a new save file.
3. Kill your Henchman in cold blood.
4. Achievement pops.
5. Load your precious save file with your Henchman still alive (unless you wanted to get rid of him/her).
