You want to escort the prisoner to the magnet so they are pulled toward it.

Wanted to note here, this applies to most of the other trap-based achievements as well. When you have captured agents, you can use traps to interrogate them. Whichever trap you select will activate, and other traps that the agent is in range of will activate as well. A side note, if the minion who is interrogating is also within range of other traps, they won't activate. The interrogator will also stand a couple squares back from the agent they are interrogating.

For this one, have the captured agent interrogated with the Bubble Cannon, and have either a Giant Magnet setup behind the Slippery Floor, or a Giant Fan on the side, to push/pull the agent onto it.
