First you will need access to level 5 research projects as this is in the final tier for the Lair tab. Next, you will need super geniuses and at least one super computer in the science room as these are needed to research. Once research is complete, two things happen: you can build the cloning machine in infirmary rooms and all workers will automatically have their vitality raised to 100. No worker will use the machine until their vitality has dropped. Also, the cloning machine must have a science type minion at the controls for the device to be open to use. You can move your genius close to the machine and use prioritize function to make sure the machine is manned and that people will use it more often. If a worker becomes injured, even a little, they should come running to the machine. The machine kills the weaker worker automatically so no other commands are needed in that area. After the machine is used, the achievement should pop.
