Evil Genius 2: World Domination

I did this as max with the final M.I.D.A.S. weapon quest of the game. Shortly after the game warns you progressing further will finish the game you will have a quest to fire the doomsday device at the 5 headquarter on the global map. Simply use the weapon on every other region of the map before the headquarter ones (they have a small building with a rotating logo on). You will need to continually collect fuel from the map to do this as the weapon can only store enough power for 5 shots.

Don’t worry if you accidentally hit one of the headquarter regions, as long as you finish the last shot on one the achievement will pop
