Evil Genius 2: World Domination

NOTE: If a Rogue steals any of the loot it's gone. In testing it's 50/50 if achievement still unlocks. Either don't place them or make sure they are safe.

To start Agent X you must complete enough activities in PATRIOT regions to get him to spawn. For me he became available after main story mission PERFECT PITCH pt.1. Then complete side stories STAR-SPANGLED PLANNER and UNCLE SAM. Then you need to progress the main story to "A Moment's Respite to unlock the Egg and Dodo side stories.

The mission names are EGG HUNT (requires 10 biologists and Eastern HAMMER criminal network) and WAKE ME UP BEFORE YOU DODO (Wrecking Bola must be available [SMASH regions] and Mercenaries unlocked).

Now you have both the Egg and Dodo, back to progressing Agent X. His next mission is called MANIFEST ENTROPY (need Martial Artists unlocked if you haven't already). Progress story up to A MOMENT OF PREPARATION which will unlock side story X AGENT. Once completed progress to THIS TIME IT'S PERSONAL pt.1 and ROSEWELL THAT ENDS WELL should be available. Achievement will pop upon completion of the quest line.

Need to obtain the Dodo, Egg Monster and Complete the Area 51 mission.
