From the start, head all the way to the basement door to find a note telling you what to do. Head back and then through the door that leads upstairs and go around to the other side of the balcony to find a hole in the wall. Look through for Secrets in the dark (30G) and then head along the path to be teleported back. Now head right and head down the basement and turn right to get another item next to the lamp. Again head through the door at the back of the basement.
