After a number of fights around the airship ruins, you need to defend an area for 90 seconds. During that sequence your gauntlet malfunctions and electrifies, guaranteed one hit kills on each enemy. There’s enough around to easily kill 10.

You will access the Revolver ability in Chapter 3; however, you can get ten kills in a row very easily in Chapter 4 final battle sequence when you unlock the Supercharged ability. You can then use the Supercharged attack to quickly kill all the enemies in the area (more than 10).
