How to unlock the Weren't You Listening? achievement in Evil West - Definitive Guide
The Bruch is the boss fight at the end of Chapter 10 'Bats in the Belfry'. Using your supercharge ability is the best way to do the most damage to the bruch without taking any, so you will want to enter the fight with a full meter. As soon as the fight starts, the Bruch will rush towards you with a tailspin attacks. Don’t try dodging, either use supercharge and attack or press to parry. When he’s not attacking, always try to shoot him with your ranged weapons like your rifle. The Bruch is the boss monster in Chapter 10, "Bats in the Belfrey." The Bruch has three main attacks, and this is how you counterattack each of them:
Rush melee attacks: Bruch rushes towards you and hits you with his tail; when he is close, press to perform a Zapper block, and this will block his attack and apply the electrocution effect so you can hit him instead before he runs away again.
Bruch minions: When Bruch leaves the arena, he will charge for a ranged attack, creating minions to attack and distract you. During his charge, shoot the weak spot to stop this attack and drop health pick-ups instead. Bruch will then return to the arena and try to rush melee attack you until you defeat his minions. The Fastest way to defeat the minions is by pressing to use the crippling rod and electrocuting all the enemies in the area, which will kill the minions and give you an opening to attack Bruch again.
Tentacles waves: Bruch will center the area and releases waves of tenacles that damage your health when they hit you. Find the gap between the waves and avoid getting hit while spamming your ranged weapons. The Rentier X-bow is the best option as it has more ammo and shoots faster, allowing you to deal more damage. You can also stop this attack from the start when the crippling rod tool regenerates and press to electrocute him.

Recommendations and tactics.
1). Disable auto-aim in the settings, this boss often climbs to the top of the ledge and accumulates his ultimate. It needs to be shot down, but with auto aiming turned on, this is very difficult to do since your character will be aiming at the nearest enemy, and this is inconvenient.
2). Bruch mainly uses two charge attacks.
A). Raid + three tail hits (as at the beginning of the video)
B). Raid + two claw strikes
When attacking A, reflect the first blow with your claws with your shield, then hit him with blows through the jump, again as in the video (the first blow in the video did not work) during the jump he will miss with his tail, but you will deal damage. When attacking B, try to deflect everything with your shield or simply run away from it by rolling over the button .
When it shoots spikes, just dodge.
The boss also creates clones of himself in the form of worms, you can ignore them, they don’t shoot or hit. They just explode when they touch you, but they are slow so they are not dangerous. They can be easily crushed with a regular pistol, upgraded to electric bullets.
When Bruh creates clones or shoots spikes, hit him with a crossbow. Deals a lot of damage.
Pour ult on him in the form + (needs to be pumped). Accumulate the ultimate yourself when he summons ordinary mobs. Bruch himself at this moment stands on top and casts a fireball on you, which must be shot down, otherwise a one-shot.
