How to unlock the Father's Day achievement in Evil West - Definitive Guide
William Rentier is the boss fight at the end Chapter 14 – A Son’s Duty. You can replay this chapter from the lore tab in the pause menu when you start a new game plus. This should be very easy if you play on the lowest difficulty, do-able in around three minutes.

William Rentier Boss fight requires you to dodge most of his attacks as they can kill you with 1-2 hits on a Higher difficulty. To finish this fight in less than 6 minutes, you don't want to die as it will take you back to the checkpoint save, and the timer won't reset.
This is one of the reasons to play this Chapter on an easier difficulty using Chapter Select to play Chapter 14 - A Son's Duty. This will make you take more damage before dying and not worry about getting hit and focus more on doing damage.
Use the Boomstick and the explosive dynamite crippling rod very early in the fight (First checkpoint) to deal great damage and give you time to use them again later on in the fight. Also, use Supercharge but avoid using it near the end of a checkpoint as William will not take further damage, and a cutscene will interrupt your attacks, causing losing a chance to deal great damage to him.
