How to unlock the Bleed You Out achievement in Evil West - Definitive Guide
The Bruch is the boss fight at the end of Chapter 10 'Bats in the Belfry'. You can replay this chapter from the lore section of the pause menu. Obviously it is much easier to attempt this achievement on the easiest difficulty as this will allow you to defeat it much quicker.
When the Bruch retreats up high he will spawn these tall spinning leeches. If they damage you or get too close to the Bruch, he will heal himself. Just keep your distance and use your ranged weapons to kill them as quickly as possible. When the Bruch is in the arena you should be able to use Supercharge ability to do some heavy damage. When the Bruch life is depleted and he hasn’t been healed by any of the leeches, you will unlock this achievement.

When the Bruch life is depleted and he hasn't been healed by any of the leeches, you will unlock this achievement.
The Bruch heals using the minions that he spawns during the fight. These minions allow him to heal when they hit you or come in contact with the Bruch after he resurfaces in the arena again. The minions can be easily evaded and die quickly as they have a small health bar.
You can use your crippling rod by pressing to electrocute the Bruch when he joins the fight again, and the electricity will automatically kill all the minions.
You can also use the Supercharge mode to attack the Bruch, making him remove the minions as he prepares for another attack.
When you are not using these attacks as you wait for them to recharge, use your X-bow and Boomstick (Shotgun) to eliminate and kill the minion nearby and the minions near the Bruch. You can replay this fight as many times as you want using chapter select and playing Chapter 10 - Bats in the Belfry.

The boss is healed when he summons pillars of leeches, circles of leeches, and anything else related to leeches on the field (there is also a wall of leeches).
Easily killed with a pistol with electricity or through .

For PS Plus owners: If you play on a high difficulty level, to make it easier to get this trophy, upload your progress to the cloud and turn off Internet (so that it doesn’t accidentally synchronize), change the difficulty level to the easiest, knock down the monster, get the trophy and restore the save from clouds to continue the game on a high difficulty level.

I'll add a little. The mere presence of leeches in the boss arena does not heal. Heal goes if his leech counterparts deal damage to you. Therefore, when the boss teleports upstairs and casts his ult, it’s better not to shoot it down, but to kill the doubles.
Another moment when Bruch begins to spin a “wheel” of leeches around the arena. It's easy enough to run away from them if you don't have a charged cross.

Translation is not correct. The boss must be defeated without allowing him to heal. The boss is healed by hitting the pillars he summons (touching is enough) and attacks using waves of worms. The boss's claw, tail, 3-shot, and charged-shot attacks do not heal him. The pillars are shot for 2 revolver clips. Just stay away from them and hold down the fire button and with a pumped-up ricochet the revolver will have no problems with destruction
