This is unlocked in Evoland II.
Doesn't seem like this has to be 50 different NPCs, just talk to NPCs a total of 50 times. There was no way I had talked to 50 different or unique NPCs when It unlocked for me. I definitely talked to less than 15 unique NPCs, but I talked to all of them 2-3 times, to see if they had extra dialogue.
If anyone could talk to a single NPC 50 times so we'd know for sure, that'd be helpful. OK, it's been confirmed by TXMOOK, just talk to any NPC a total of 50 separate times and this will pop.
