Solo Way

This is very similar too a lot of other achievements in this game. Load up a custom solo game and choose evacuation.To make things easier on yourself make sure its on FAVOR MONSTER and set the strikes too 0. Then too go the extra mile turn of the handicap so it doesn't auto balance to help the hunters out, and turn wildlife on high so you can evolve even faster. Once all that is settled launch the game. Win all the rounds to make it even easier and once you win the defend (5th match) The achievement will pop

Multiplayer way
Same as above but load it up in a custom multiplier evacuation and have your friend(or friends) on the hunter side play as the medic(whatever class you don't want too deal with) so they don't do anything during engages making it that much easier on you too win.

This is way easy if you have Behemoth. (At least with bots, I'm sure players wouldn't be quite as forgiving.) When it comes to the final mission, go up to each generator, and wall yourself off from all the hunters. Beat down on the generator as much as possible, and keep putting walls up when you can. Fissure and Lava Bomb are great for keeping hunters away, though they'll be distracted with the minions most of the time cause you're harder to get to. Repeat with each generator.

Plus as HolyWallrider already mentioned, there are plenty of custom options you can use to make it even easier (e.g. favor monster damage, 0 strikes, turn off handicap/autobalance, etc.)
