This can be achieved in a custom match. I unlocked this accidentally while getting other achievements.

Set up a custom game of Hunt while in a 4 player party. Have one person pick the Monster. After the Hunters win, they will unlock the achievement (the Monster will not). Play again with someone else as the Monster so your 4th player can get the achievement.

It may be possible to get this achievement in one game with an AI monster but we didn't try that. It seems like the only requirements are 4 player party and a Hunter victory in the Hunt game mode.

To get this you need to set up with a party of four players before entering into search for a game. So invite three of your friends and when all four are in just search for a game of Skirmish which is exclusively the hunt game mode. You can of course do evacuation, though this will only unlock upon winning a hunt game mode and not the defend/nest/evacuation modes.

After this you do of course need to win the game, there are a plethora of strong tactics, depending on which characters you pick, monster you fight etc. As such I won't go into details on how to win, I will say that in my opinion the number one most important tactic is 'Communication, communication, communication!' Also 'communication' because I just can't stress that enough, your strength against the monster is your teamwork and you just can't do that properly without communicating. So get your mics in, start chatting, get to know each other pregame if you don't already. Communicate with very clear and simple advice and in an ideal world you will have someone fall into a leadership role to help organise the team.
