This achievement is earned by completing the Monsters tutorial in under 6 Minutes which will earn you a Gold Medal. The monster tutorial is the first thing you will be doing when you load up the game as it forces you to go through all the Goliath's mechanics. If you fail this, don't worry! Complete the hunters tutorial then;
- go to the main menu
- choose 'Solo'
- choose replay tutorial option at the bottom of selection menu.

Now you may very well not get this the first time if you didn't play the open beta, but if you did then I hope you remember it! Your objective is to reach the end in under 6 minutes and kill the hunters.

Your first task will be to simply run and climb so hold down in to run and to climb.

After you climb your first wall you'll have to jump using . If you haven't played the alpha or beta then when jumping you have to make sure you aim the reticle to the point that you want to jump to. Aiming it to low will result in a bad jump but aiming it to high will result in a faulty jump and will be a waste.

The next part you need to click in to use your smell ability, from there quickly kill the 3 creatures that are outlined in yellow and feast on all of them after they're all dead using .

Next walk into the next part and sneak using . You will have to use the smell ability here and want to get up behind a creature and use to pounce on the creature when it has a red circle under it stealth killing it. When it's dead I've found that trying to move gets you out of the animation quicker.

After you have to evolve! So follow the way point and use your slam and your fire breath to kill the creatures! (You only need 2!)

Next you'll want to slam off the cliff into the creatures below so quickly do this then run towards the bridge where you will get trapped in harpoons. Simply throw a punch to break the connection.

Next the soldiers you'll face require you to use your fire breath to damage them. You just need to use it once and then you can quickly kill them anyway you see fit.

Now keep going and you'll have to do that same as above but with the rock throw .

Now just like above you'll want to use the charge .

After all are dead turn around and you'll have to face a bigger creature and kill it. Use the fire breath followed up by a charge to kill it quickly then feast on it Untill the buff notification comes up.

Now run up onto the rock and face the hunters!
GO FOR VAL FIRST! Killing the medic is key to winning this fight quick as she can revive downed teammates with her gun so kill her then hank as he shields the team then makarov the heavy damage dealer then Maggie as her dome is really useful to prevent them escaping.

I followed the above solutions to complete this took me few tries because I kept feeding on bodies to regain shield which you don't need to complete this achievement.

I replayed the tutorial and record the game footage in case anyone wants to see it.
