Evolve

This can be done in your first match outside of the Tutorial, single player or multi. As a Goliath, make sure you invest in the fire breath ability and then get towards the outskirts of the map as soon as you can. Always be moving away from where you think the Hunters are, being cautious of birds. Occasionally pick off and eat one or two smaller enemies with your fire as you continually move around, using your jumps and climbing to get maximum distance and speed. Use the R3 button often to check for creatures to eat but also check your tail for the Hunters. It's ok to kill something and not eat it right then if you're being chased, just remember where it is and come back for it later.

Rather quickly you'll find yourself ready to evolve and usually far away from anyone. Evolve in a safe and secluded place and then begin the process over again (pumping up that fire ability is a good idea). In the run I got this trophy I was found by the Hunters shortly after I evolved to the second stage, and was trapped in the mobile arena. Should this happen just jump and climb and run around as much as you can while trying to avoid them and while you wait out the mobile arena. Once it's down, you can put serious distance between you and them with your jumps and climbing and continue the strategy from above. In no time you'll have enough to evolve again and can go after either the Hunters or the Power Core. Make sure you get your shield back up again and you're almost there.
