Important note: This achievement is glitched unless you download a title update that fixes it.
You have to get 100/100 points in all first 50 levels. They must be the first 50, completing everything from 1 to 49 and then level 51 won´t unlock this achievement. That means getting 100/100 on everything from Situation 1-01 to situation 5-10. I would advice to get 100/100 as you progress on the levels, as it´s easier to get 100/100 when you have just finished the level than coming back later.

It´s ok to look at some guides to get some of the harder 100/100 levels, but not overuse them, as some of the hardest later levels on this game doesn´t feature a guide, and even having one, it takes hours to beat some of those levels. You must learn everything you can from the first easy levels. There´s nothing worse than getting stuck on something that was showed on easy levels.
