Got this on the “First Expedition” level after doing the tutorial. When you complete the task of getting to the top of the hill it will prompt you to open the map and redeploy back to base. To finish the level you are supposed to drive to the near by checkpoint on the other side of the road, but you can just drive forward out of the blue box, open the map and redeploy back to the base. Just keep repeating this until it unlocks, took less than 15 minutes.

Possible in Free Roam in Little Rock. Use the bumpers and dpad to fast travel to the field hospital for free. You can easily do it in 5 minutes. No need to drive out of the blue box.
