Next, I recommend starting the game at a lower level medium or at least hard. (found out the achievements don't stack anyways). Why? You're mods carry over game to game so learn the game collect your coins and fully up grade your robot. That way when you play later on you can afford to fix your health, aim and shield between levels.
All leveled up? Good. Now FURY is the mode your going to get the 2 million on. This is how your going to do it. Levels where your needed to fight bosses on and you can control your robot for land fights (the kind you initially start with.) For these types of levels you will want to use TARGETING on everything. If your firing you need to be using this. You need every kill you can get for points. When you land and fight, I suggest using it still to save on time (earns more points at end of stage). Same for the boss fights use target and fire away you will destroy these bosses. You will notice you can blow up some things on the ground, do it every point counts. Once you defeat what ever boss your on buy cannons if you can afford them, as many as you can up to 9 I believe.
Now the DEEP SPACE missions. (your robots a lot smaller and only flys in one direction. As soon as the first enemy is on screen equip your CANNONS.(You use them in game by tapping the bars where your health , shield and targeting are) Keep these on the whole flight. If they disappear re-equip them. Go crazy and shoot everything you can.These stages are going to make the points for you. Keep all 9 purchased before these missions incase you need them. If you make it to the VOLCANO level under 1,000,000 pts your going to most likely need to try again. I cant stress enough how important it is to level everything up before doing FURY mode. Upgrade all weapons, shields, engine and anything else Before starting this. Your 2 million will be the total from 1 whole play through. It will pop after completing what ever stage your on when you reach 2 mil.

Unlike the Windows Phone version, the score related achievements on the Windows version are cumulative, so you just need to play the game over and over until you manage to earn a total of 2 million points. Make sure online leaderboards are set to "On" so your score registers to the leaderboards. Playing casually on Fury difficulty, this will probably take a few run throughs, although a perfect run can get you there in a single run.

Unlike the Windows version, the Windows phone version's requirements for this achievement are slightly diferent. You will need to score 2 miillion points or more in a single playthrough. Make sure online leaderboards are set to "On" so your score registers to the leaderboards. You will need to be playing on Fury difficulty and with a fully upgraded mech. Use targeting on every enemy where you have it, and you will want to destroy all available objects and structures that you come across. You will run out of targeting energy at times; be as accurate as you can when you don't have it as you will want as high an accuracy level as possible for more bonus at the end of each section. The deep space missions (the top down, shmup type levels) are where you can receive a huge chunk of points as there are tons of enemies to destroy. Use targetting where you can, and where you have loads of enemies on the screen, use your special (double tap where your health bars are) to clear the screen. Try to save your specials for these missions as they are much more useful here.
A good benchmark is to be at 1 million points before you reach the Volcano mission, if you are under this you will probably not get to two million, and may want to start again to avoid heartache by scoring just under.
