I finished off the required levels on hard and fury and only had this accuracy one to finish off... By this time I had maxed out my abilities...
So I started a game then on easy and got this on the first deep space level. With the ships I only used the focus to kill them, with the meteors I selectively shot my main guns when needed. I got over 90% using the method.

Corrupt
You can get this really easily on any of the deep space missions where you are flying top down through space. Shoot only using the targeting system, and only shoot when locked on. As long as you are careful and don’t waste any shots you should hit at least 90%.
