How to unlock the Crossing Over achievement in F.E.A.R. 3 - Definitive Guide
I failed a few times going through as Point Man. I finally got it as Fettell on Fearless difficulty. You will want to be going for challenges to increase your score. I focused on the melee kills/mech melee, 20 consecutive kills in mech, possessing bodies and kills with possession. Also, try to get 10 kills with the arc laser and other found weapons and the goliath RPG (found after you get the mech). I mentioned the laser and RPG specifically because they only require 10 and 3 kills, respectively.
Look for the alma doll to get the easy points. Sometimes it will be near the beginning, look for the train on the right at the very start. If you want to ensure you get it, just restart the level if it's not there or check the alma dolls guide.
You will start off fighting the hounds. When fighting them one-at-a-time, lift them with LT and melee kill them. This will work toward the melee kill challenge, which also will be a focus with the mech. If you start to get overwhelmed, go ahead and use your force blast.
After the hounds section, you will go upstairs and fight soldiers with a blue phase soldier. Possess a body and try to stay in it as long as possible. Be sure to use cover while fighting other soldiers to get those challenges, too. Killing the blue phase soldier will stop the normal enemies from appearing. I killed him pretty quickly, but you can allow him to spawn a bunch if you want to farm for some more points. Once you get one of the phase casters down on health, you will be able to possess them and use the arc laser, which is an easy challenge. There will be another set of enemies on the opposite side of the turned over truck, just repeat the same process and be sure to stay inside a body when you activate the mech, so that you can drive it.
Be sure to go for 5 melee kills with the mech, whenever you have the opportunity and 20 consecutive kills with it. If you do happen to get ejected from the mech, stay behind it and use it for cover. You should be able to jump back in it within a short time. Also, if you have the opportunity, you can pick up RPGs after you get the mech for an easy 3-kill challenge.
The only difficult parts remaining are a fight with two helis and a handful of mechs. As always, try to use cover to your advantage and use shields whenever your rockets run out. I had over 80k points and died a couple times, so it is very doable with this strategy.
The achievement will unlock when you finish the level.
I got 125,350 points by following these videos. You need a total of 70,000, so I finished with 55,350 to spare. I didn't go for the "Godlike" challenge like he did in the video, so you can skip that and still have more than enough room for error. Good luck!

Next level: Solution for Point Authority In F.E.A.R. 3
As we all know the idea is to get as many challenges done as possible. You can do this on Comando and getting the Alma doll is a bonus but not needed.
Some good tips:
Whenever possible try to kill multiple challenges at the same time, eg: use slow mo and get a head shot with the pistol, that's 3 your working towards now, you get the idea.
get the big spender right away by draining slow mo while not in combat. (one less thing to think about while fighting)
To get the collection agent (and all leading up to it) fire one round of a full clip of ammo reload and grab more from an ammo cache, rinse repeat.
Always use cover and slow mo until you max out the challenges for using cover and slow mo respectively.
get slide shot by killing an enemy right after you slide kick and get nimble killer also, if you can get parkour deadly that's a bonus.
Invincible and Godlike are not needed but a bonus if you can get it.
When Fettel says you just poked the ant hill with a stick hounds will come, it seems that they continuously spawn until you leave that section of the bridge, use that to your advantage.
Don't kill the phase casters until you are sure they are done spawning enemies.
when you finish a challenge for one weapon switch it out for a diferent weapon.
You can get Et tu Brute easier by using slow mo on hounds after they pounce at you and moving around to their back and using melee.
Try to get sweet science early on (one less thing to worry about, plus the stage gets more difficult later on so you'll need to use more cover)
When you get in the mech stay in the mech until you get 20 kills, remember to Melee kill for the What?! challenge.
You'll want to at least get the killer challenge, hard boiled is a bonus
Don't forget, you have grenades, use them to get those challenges, it is easy to forget.
Get Pop Gun and Butcher! They are actually worth really big points I think 4k and 4500 each.
There is a rocket launcer in the stage while you are using the mech, I didn't try the hurricane challenge but if you can get it go for it.
Don't worry if you die. I died and I still got it.
Hopefully thse tips will net you a big score.
If there is anything anyone wants to add feel free to comment. These tips helped me a bunch I hope they can help you too.
For each Interval/Score trophy you will need to maximize your points gain. This is easier without a partner as your individual score is needed to earn this trophy. Interval 06 feels constrained and introduces another new enemy; Alma's Monstrosities. You can earn 6 or so weapon challenges here (Strader, SMG, CAS, G3A3, Frag/Flash/Shock, Laser). There's not a lot to this level that hasn't been done before. You can continuously kill the summoned enemies from the Phase Caster and when you get the Enhanced Powered Armor be sure to work on its melee and 20 streak challenge. The only hard part would be when two helicopters attack you at once. Be sure to use the EPA's shield when fighting them so they don't force you to exit it.
