How to unlock the Pain, In Bulk achievement in F.E.A.R. 3 - Definitive Guide

This achievement is for completing Interval 03. This achievement along with some of the other secret achievements just requires you to complete the game. Right after you reach the end of the Interval you will get your secret achievement for completing it. Nothing to it.

Achievement name: Pain, In Bulk - 15G
Complete Interval 03

This achievement is obtained by completing the third level of the campaign, in either single player or co-op.

When you complete it you will unlock the ability to play as Paxton Fettel for the mission as well.

This trophy is story related and will be rewarded at the end of the level cutscene. This interval is one of two where you can get the Yo, Adrian! trophy. This trophy should pop on the post level cutscene but is prone to glitching. If it glitches you should replay the Interval again.
