State-of-the-art. Bang, bang!
Kill 10 enemies in a row with Sniper Rifle headshots

How to unlock the State-of-the-art. Bang, bang! achievement in F.E.A.R. 3 - Definitive Guide
You must use the Sniper Rifle and kill 10 enemies with Headshots in a row. This means you cannot kill an enemy with any other weapon and cannot kill an enemy with a Sniper Rifle that is NOT a headshot. If you do the counter will reset. It is okay if you miss a shot as well.
This achievement is easiest with Point Man because you can use slo-mo and don't need to possess a body or worry about losing that body.
The first time you encounter the Sniper Rifle (Schuller LDR50) is on the second mission. You will continue to encounter Sniper Rifles from this point on. Grab the Sniper Rifle and use slo-mo every time you kill an enemy. Just take your time and of course aim for the head. If you don't have any slo-mo left wait until it recharges. Be patient.
If you want to make this even easier you can have a Co-op Partner (who plays as Fettel) and have him suspend enemies so they stay in one spot. Make sure you still use slo-mo when he suspends enemies because it will be a lot safer and easier.
Also, make sure you have at least 10 shots and make each one count.

Aside from Interval 2, another really good place is Interval 4.
In Interval 4 you will progress through the level and come to a cutscene. Once the cutscene finishes you will be in a big open playground area with houses all around. You will be able to go to the second floor of one of the houses where you will find the sniper rifle.
Tons of enemies will start pouring in. More than enough to net you the achievement if you place your shots carefully and use slo-mo on each shot.

This can be done in Interval 2, 4, 5, 7, Contractions or Soul King. Once you get a sniper rifle you need to kill 10 enemies in a row with nothing but head shots. This is easier if you're playing the Campaign with Pointman, use his slow motion to line up your shots. If you miss a shot it'll be fine, however if you shoot and or kill an enemy with a body shot, the counter will reset.
