Perseus Mandate Campaign - Any Setting (Doesn't matter)
Interval 04 - Devastation
Buried
*This must be done during a full story playthrough, it will not unlock in mission select (thanks to DARKOScannley for this information)
During the mission 'Buried' you become trapped underground alone with Chen, continue through the spooky passages until you are attacked by the little ghosts. After you kill them re-group with Chen and he'll shoot the lock off a gate and you'll be automatically pushed back allowing Chen to get ahead of you.
Just ahead you reach a room where the floor collapses and you get separated from Chen, he'll get attacked above you and the pipe will collapse allowing you to walk up and reunite with him. As soon as you see him he'll walk onto a black patch and a ghost will suck him into the floor, when this happens just stand right next to him and you'll automatically attempt to pull him out and fail, there's no need to press any button and the achievement should unlock instantly.
*Also be careful afterwards because you may get sucked in yourself and the gate in front of you opens and little ghosts rush at you.

Just thought I would point this out since I tried this about 5 times with no result on mission select. This must be done in one play through mission select doesn't work other than that good guide.
