Make sure to put the capture time to the very least when doing. Any map works really. Just alternare back and forth. And don't panic, the achievement will unlock when the match finishes.

We did this in one match. Player Able would capture a point and move on to the next one. Player Bravo would then go to the captured point, neutralize and capture it, then move on to the next captured point. Able eventually gets back to the un-captured point and re-captures it. So, Able is capturing points while Bravo follows him capturing the captured points. Eventually you cycle through all the points and are re-capturing so you can get more captures than there are capture points.
