Make sure to put the capture time to the very least when doing. Any map works really, High Tech is the smallest. Just alternare back and forth. And don't panic, the achievement will unlock when the match finishes.

After getting this by boosting, I'd say you can probably get this without boosting if there is only one person playing against you. Create a match of at least 10 minutes (lowering the time to capture a point also helps) and work hard to capture, and re-capture points so that the 5 control points are counted multiple times towards your score. The other player needs to capture points so that you can re-capture them and get your count up to 25. If he is capturing, he'll be too busy to kill you very often. In a nutshell, you should both be running around re-capturing each other control points and by the end you'll probably both get the achievement.
