you have watch the entire credits after playing the game all the way through, dont skip if prompted, you probably have to play the ENTIRE GAME, not just the last mission.

Hello plus5mana,

How can I get this achievement In fear files?
Because I choose a mission.
I did the last mission in the perseus mandate campaign.
I have played the last mission and than came the credits.
I did nothing and wait to the end.
And I dont get it. How?
Dont understand!

You know this problem.

Complete the game, doesn’t matter which difficulty. Then let the credits roll and don’t skip anything.
It takes about 5 minutes.
