Once you obtain the Qi Explosion, at the start of Old Town there is an area with 3 enemies and you can attract 2 more from above. When you get them close enough together, activate the explosion and kill them all before it times out. This video by Thomas' Trophy Tutorials explains it perfectly,

In case you don’t remember how to do Qi explosion like me, it’s [Y]+[B] and you need at least 3 bars of energy.
