How to unlock the I ain't afraid of no ghost achievement in F1 2010 - Definitive Guide

VERY EASY Achievement. Go into Time trial mode which can be found in the paddock, chose the race and driver you would like then do the race, when you finish the race, quit and it should pop.

You have to go into Time-Trial mode, accessible outside of your trailer, it's the second option after "Grand Prix", simply pick your favourite track, complete a lap and leave. Achievement Unlocked.

Easy trophy. Pick time trial from the menu, pick any car, pick any track and just set a time for the trophy to pop.

Time Trial mode is located to the right of Grand Prix mode. Select it, any track, any car, then post a legitimate lap time. If you cut any corners or go off track, the achievement will not unlock.
