How to unlock the Schuperb achievement in F1 2010 - Definitive Guide
With this options you run until 133 races (7 seasons / 19 races anyone)
I put the time of each Grand Prix, this is the time of pole position obtained by AI, they are always taken in dry conditions.
Will not always be this same time in all seasons, can vary a little, but you can provide guidance to know which is the time to beat by circuit.
If you work for one of the best team Ferrari, McLaren or RedBull will be easy enough to get more than 12 pole position by season.

In my first season I win 6 Pole with HRT
In the second I win 10 Pole with BMW Sauber
In the third I win 16 Pole with Red Bull (only fail in Monaco, Marina Bay and Silverstone by the rain stops in the last moment)
Un the fourth season I win the last with Ferrari.
Maybe is more easy obtain the pole position with Red Bull, this cars obtain the best time in second lap, Ferrari obtain in the third or fourth lap.
I hope this times help you to beat it and pop the achievement.
First off, choose the easiest difficulty setting to give the slowest AI qualifying times possible (no tips for qualifying times except practice). Then, once you have qualified in first, edit your pit stop under tyres>race strategy to be towards the end of the tyre endurance (you will most probably be on option tyres and if say the tyres last 10 laps then pit in on the 9th lap).
The purpose of this is that you get in a good amount of laps while you have clear track ahead of you rather than pitting early and getting bogged down in slower traffic, but also the pit stops can be slower if you pit alongside multiple cars, because the team won't let you move on if another car is already moving in the pit lane. By this point in the race all other cars will probably have pitted and the track ahead will again be clear. By doing this I was able to win each race (20% distance) by a margin of at least 30 seconds each time.
Realistically it isn't that difficult an achievement but I thought I'd share it in case anyone wants some extra tips.
You have to better Michael Schumacher's record for this one. You'll want to get as many pole positions as possible, and when you do convert them into race wins. Obviously you can lower the difficulty to make it easier and it will also be easier when you move to a better team. You have 7 seasons (133 Races) to do this which should be plenty of time. This can't be done in Grand Prix mode.
Qualify in first (pole position) and win. Do this 41 times and the achievement is yours. Changing the difficulty to easy will make it easier to qualify in first, obviously.
You can check how many times you've finished in pole position and how many wins you have (in your current season) by looking at your team-mate in the garage. You can also check your overall career statistics by looking at the "Standings" in your trailer and selecting your name. Unfortunately, unless you win every time you get pole position, there will be some disparity between the two numbers. Thus, you may be better off keeping track yourself.
