Change the difficulty to make this as easy as you need it to be. Once you can consistently challenge for the win each race you know it is easy enough for you to get this achievement. You don't need to win every race, barely even close. Just make sure you are earning in the top echelon of points each race. Here is the point system:
1st - 25
2nd - 18
3rd - 15
4th - 12
5th - 10
6th - 8
7th - 6
8th - 4
9th - 2
10th - 1

If you are playing on amateur AI, this should pose no problems whatsoever. Try to get this in your first season so you don't have to do a second season just to get this trophy.

Unlike F1 2011 this year´s game allows you to change the difficulty, which helps a lot to make this a lot easier. Same principle applies here from Season´s Challenge "Winning Ways." Just to help out, here are the points for each position:
1st - 25
2nd - 18

5th - 10
6th - 8
7th - 6
8th - 4
9th - 2
10th - 1
