To avoid penalty you need to avoid corner cutting. You can keep this simple by lowering the difficulty and keeping to the lines. I find the easiest track to be Monza as it has a lot of straight lines and few difficult turns. Also it is better to be driving a Ferrari.

You need to have set the fastest lap of the race to get this trophy. You will know you have the fastest lap because it will pop up at the top of the screen in purple. If the AI end up beating your time push to set another lap. If you are struggling you can lower the difficulty you are racing on.

For this you will need to set the fastest lap in a race without penalty (no corner cutting) and make sure it is the fastest of the race. You will get a visual confirmation if you do the fastest lap on the screen a little after crossing the finish line at every lap. If another racer beats your time you will see another warning with the race name and his time. You will have to bet that time before the race ends to get this.
