Probably the fastest way is choosing "One Shot Qualifying", because you just need one lap and you can always see the ghost of the fastet driver.

You have to beat Sebastian Vettel's record and get 16 pole starts in one season. There are 20 races in a season and playing on amateur AI makes this trophy a lot easier than it sounds. Do not worry about winning the races, you just need pole positions. You only need to get 1st in Q3. After your 16th pole start this trophy will unlock shortly after the qualifying standings and cut-scenes.
