Pretty self-explanatory. Only thing to add is try to pick a weak team such as Force India or Toro Rosso. If you pick Williams your team-mate will be Maldonado and he quite often finishes in the top 10, so if you qualified below him that would disable 'The Equipment is The Same' (check trophy description). Di Resta usually qualifies 15th/16th so it shouldn't be too difficult to qualify ahead of him and still finish outside of the top 10. The best way to get this is to qualify in pole position and then crash into someone, this should give you a 10 place grid penalty which means you start in 11th. Then in the race you need to finish in the top 3 though on amateur AI this is not a tough task at all. The trophy will pop at the end of the race.
This trophy can also be combined with 'Hot Lap' and 'Race to Victory', so try to win the race while getting the fastest lap to unlock those two.
Mahtan, Tinuvil
This has to be done on Carrer. You will need to finish Q2 and do not move the Q3 so you will start 11th or below. Once the race starts you will need to overtake everybody to finish first.

2. Setting AI to "Amateur."
