go to proving grounds and time trial click on any team and race 5 different 1 lap races must be different tracks also and as long as you do the cleanest of laps (flashbacks do not count) and the achievement should pop

This trophy will pop after successfully setting 5 clean laps at 5 different circuits in Time Trial. See Tired and Tested for more information.

Time trial mode can be found in Proving Ground and then Time Trial, you pick a team then a driver which is your choice then a track and finish one clean lap meaning you must stay on the track and not cut corners or hit anything, as soon as you cross the line the time is registered and you can pause and quit to menu.
You need to do this for 5 of the 21 tracks.
