How to unlock the FORMULA ONE Driver achievement in F1 2013 - Definitive Guide

I recommend doing this on:
Grand Prix Mode
Race distance 100%
Only race
EASY difficulty
Monza (53laps)
Red Bull.

You can keep all assists on or change any for your convenience.
I only changed brake assist to OFF
Do not cut corners and avoid contact with other cars.
You can expect approximate lap time 1:30. My total time was 1h 20 min, best lap 1:25.113
If dont have full time to complete full race you can always save your progress in pause menu.

When you say to not cut corners or impact other cars, is that for saving time, or will that invalidate the 100%?

No, but you will receive 1-2 warnings and then DSQ ;)

Nice setup!

If you want a change/variaty to the career tracks you can also race on "brands hatch", one of the classic tracks (press rb on the track selection screen).

It has more laps (75) but its a fast one so the total time will be almost the same as Monza. My fastest lap was 1:03.204.

Small tip for all tracks : keep an eye on your fuel level and swap to "lean mix" when its on -x laps or orange for a long time or you will run out and waste a lot of time!

One advise - i think u need to set autosave ON in driver settings, becouse i started Grand Prix mode in Monza without autosave, and i wasn't able to save in pause menu.

For this trophy you will have to complete a 100% race in either Career or Grand Prix Mode. For this trophy to pop, you have to complete the race in its entirety. So no Retirements, Disqualification or Crashouts, this will not work - the race's duration must be met! Also your finishing position is irrelevant, whether you are 1st or last you will still be able to earn this trophy.

In theory the Monza track is the fastest circuit. On average it takes 1 hour and 20 minutes. But as mentioned in the Roadmap, I recommend doing this in your first race of your career at Melbourne, as it provides an opportunity to become used to the game's mechanics. Furthermore after you have played the game for a while, the novelty will wear off and you may struggle to find motivation to complete a 100% race. So whilst the game is new and fresh, it may be best to get it done with straight away. Also make sure the weather is expected to be dry for all of the race, you don't want any complications if it were to rain, unless you are confident in wet conditions. You can check the weather forecast via your emails.

If for some reason you can't sit down and race for an hour and 30 minutes, do not worry, there is a mid session save available, whereby throughout the race you can save your progress and return to it at your leisure. However, bear in mind you only get one of these saves.

You can get this in Career on a single Grand Prix race.

Within Career mode there is a tab for settings, click on this and then onto race setting and there is a slider bar to set race distance move this all the way to the right untill it says 100%.

In Grand Prix Mode again set the race distance to 100% and choose which track to race on.

Once you have qualified start the race but beware this will take the best part of 1 hour 45 mins to complete.

This does not have to be done in one sitting, you can use a mid session save and it does not effect the achievement, and you will also unlock "My Saviour" if you have not already done so.

You must finish the race DSQ or Crashing does not work.

Quite a tedious achievement, you need to complete the race 100%, i.e. the full distance of your chosen Grand Prix. The race can last up to two hours of real time, and it is not necessary to win or even take a prize; you just need to drive the entire distance and finish
