When you start F1 2013 go to Career do the necessary stuff like pick your team and so forth listen to what the guy has to say about using the HUB then start your first race and when you start your the race, drive a little forward then press the pause button or start button there should be an option when you scroll down it says mid session save just press on this and the achievement should pop after it does the save

You must have Auto-Save enabled for the mid session option to be active.

For this trophy you will have to perform a mid session save. To do so, simply press 
and select 'Mid Session Save' to perform a save. You can save in either: Practice, Qualifying or the Race. You can not do this in Online Mode, only Offline.
I recommend doing this when attempting FORMULA ONE Driver.

Easiest achievement in the game, whilst racing or qualifying pause the game and move down to "Mid Session Save" press 
and it will autosave and pop the achievement.
