The quickest way would be to do season challenge as there is only 10 races to the season and the laps are short, meaning not as time consuming to finish. Also by playing on easy it can be very easy to obtain the achievement.
Competing at Monza is easy as not a tough track, but do watch out and try not to cause any collisions or cut corners as you will get a time penalty and lose places based on finishing time to other races.
You can make this easier by doing well in the one lap qualify to get up the grid and remember to use flashback if you have bad corners so you can stay in front.

For this trophy you will have to finish a race in a podium position. A podium is a top 3 finish. If you finish in the top 3, but you get a time penalty which demotes you outside the top 3, then this will not count. Race distance, qualifying position and the difficulty which you play the game under will have no effect on getting this trophy.
Finally, this trophy can only be achieved in Career Mode or Season Challenge.
