If you just want this achievement, then you just need to drive one lap on each circuit and make sure to get a registered time for that event. There are 7 total courses. This trophy will pop after setting a valid time for all 7 Time Attacks. Regardless of how good the times are, as long as they are clean, the trophy will pop. See Gold Fever for more information about Time Attacks.
