Season Challenge is found in the Career sub-menu. This consists of ten, 5-lap races. You actually don't need to win every race (or even play every race) so long as you are atop the point total for the season.
The achievement will unlock once you have locked 1st place (not necessarily at the end of the season), with the earliest being after the 8th race if you get 1st place in all the 8 races.
Difficulty does not matter, and you can play on easy.

Under any difficulty win the Drivers' Championship. You can swap teams as many times as you like and you will not lose any championship points. This trophy will stack with Hardcore Champion.
