How to unlock the Clean Club achievement in F1 2015 - Definitive Guide
Go into the 2015 Championship Season. Select short weekend and put the difficulty to Medium**.
Qualify in Pole position.
Simply get off to a good start and make no contact with a barrier or another car.
**unless you are very good at navigating through traffic, do not put the difficulty too low. You will be too quick(7-15 seconds a lap quicker than 2nd-21st) and will end up with more opponents to potentially run into

Do I have to win the race?

I didn’t collide with a car or barrier and it didn’t unlock. I think you can’t get any warnings. I got one for exceeding track limit even though I didn’t hit anything and stuff got no achievement

This is easy to accomplish at the Canada location, as the turns are big and there are no close walls like Monaco.
Use medium difficulty in the Championship Season, qualify getting a position on the front row (podium preferred) and then get a good launch at the start where you are clear into the first turn and then just maintain the lead for 3 laps keeping the car on the track, maintaining the lead and you should win with no collisions.

The description for this trophy is slightly misleading. When it says another object, it means anything. Wall, bollard, car – collide with any of these and the trophy is declared void for that race. If you’ve qualified in pole already going for ‘Pole Sitter’, then this should make this one slightly easier. However, if you feel that you cannot drive the street circuits cleanly to get this, wait until Spain – an easy-to-drive track which has few bollards and few corners that can be easily cut. Once you have driven the race cleanly following the criteria set, this trophy will unlock.

You also cannot receive warnings about exceeding track limits and penalties for cutting. If you make a mistake, use rewind time.
