As it says 20 laps in each continent, for Europe I used Austria to link in with Red Bull Ring Achievement, Asia I used Singapore to link in with the Singapore Achievement, Oceania I used Melbourne, Americas I used Canada and South America I used Brazil, best way to do this is link with other achievements so you can make progress with other Achievements as well.

You need to drive at least 20 laps on each continent. While working on this achievement, you can simultaneously work on some others as well.

Europe

You can race in any game mode, but I recommend to do Championship Mode on any season, because this will boost other relevant Championship trophies.

As self explanatory, you need to complete at least 20 laps on every race calender.
Before the start of the championship, adjust your laps to 50% since each race calenders are over 20 laps. 25% won't cut as some are under 20 laps.
You can achieve this on any difficulty and adjustments.
You can opt to retire your car once you completed at least 20 laps, but might not get an opportunity to earn other potential trophies.

By the last race, you may get a pop up trophy during your completion of 20 laps or once the race is completed, this is yet to be confirmed.

For this trophy, you need to drive at least 20 laps on a track in each continent in any game mode. If you have gone for the other trophies first, you should have completed 20 laps on Silverstone and Singapore, meaning that two continents are out of the way. F1 races are staged on five continents – below is the list of them all:

Europe – Monaco, Spain, Italy, Britain, Belgium, Germany (2014), Austria, Hungary, Russia
Asia – Malaysia, Japan, China, Singapore, Bahrain, Abu Dhabi
South America – Brazil
North America – Mexico, USA, Canada
Australasia - Australia

Select one track from each of the five continents listed above and drive 20 laps around it for the trophy to unlock.
