This is not probably the best solution, but if you want to get the achievement without knowledge about "pro mode" this the best way.
First you must find someone, take lots of attempts because the few people you can find usually quit during the classification. Once you find someone, pause the game when you start (
), and it will drive alone.(I dont know if there's a restriction of staying paused all the time). If you do this surely you will be the last, but at least you will complete the race and get the achievement.
I know, this is unsporting, and unethical, but its the best way for beginners.

You are right... This game is 100% dead Online. Have Been searching All 3 hoppers for hours and never found a game. Always failed To Connect or no game found. Think ill give up on these cheevs. Can we try with 2players searching the same time maybe? Want To give It a try?
